Michelle Waterson, who competes in the UFC, is an American mixed martial artist and model. She is the former Atomweight Champion of Invicta FC. Michelle was named the world’s #1 female atom-weight fighter from 2013-2014. She is #7 in the UFC women’s strawweight rankings as of November 9. Waterson was born in Colorado Springs and grew up in Aurora. He is of Caucasian and Thai descent. After she graduated from Aurora Central High School, she started her modeling career in 2004. Then before she knew she had to struggle for a living, she attended the University of Denver.
