Pineapple Punch Recipe

Serves 8


2 cups assorted berries (such as raspberries, blue berries, and strawberries)
1/4 cup fresh whole mint leaves
2 cups no sugar added pineapple juice
1 cup lime juice
4 cups club soda, cold


In a large juice pitcher, lightly mash the berries and mint. Pour pineapple and lime juice over top and allow to sit for about 30 minutes. Pour club soda over top and gently stir.

Pour over ice to serve. Garnish with a fresh mint spring and pineapple wedge if desired.
