As a rookie, he started one game and recorded 13 receptions for 88 yards while also contributing on special teams with 11 tackles. Marquez appeared in 14 games during the 2016 season, catching three passes for 37 yards before being placed on injured reserve on December 23, 2016. The Rams waived/injured Marquez on August 7, 2017, and he was placed on injured reserve. In addition, on November 6, 2017, the Rams released him.
