Scott joined Arsenal when he was eight years old, in 1992. She was converted to full-back after breaking into the first team as a striker or right winger. Scott stayed with Arsenal until the 2004–05 season before joining Birmingham City. She returned to Arsenal for the 2005–06 season due to Birmingham’s financial issues.
