She accused of making false statements in mortgage applications for her Florida house and condo by neglecting to disclose her federal tax liabilities. The indictment includes four charges.

Mosby pled not guilty to the charges on February 4, 2022. Her trial date has been set for September 19, 2022, after her lawyers requested a postponement.
