Jayson Boebert Wife
Boebert is married to Lauren Opal Boebert an American politician, businesswoman, and gun-rights activist serving as the U.S. Representative for Colorado’s 3rd congressional district. She is the first woman to represent Colorado’s 3rd Congressional district in Congress. She dropped out of high school because she had a child, and took a management role at a McDonald’s in Rifle and later obtained her GED. She later got a job filing for a natural gas drilling company and then became a pipeliner, a member of a team that builds and maintains pipelines and pumping stations.
She made headlines in September 2019 by attending presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke’s rally to tell him directly: “Hell, no, you won’t take our guns” and when Colorado’s liberal state government voted for the state to join the National Popular Vote Compact and hand our votes for President of the United States to California, Lauren became the second-largest signature gatherer (over 229,000 signatures were gathered statewide), ensuring that voters would have the opportunity to repeal NPV this fall.
In 2015, she was arrested by Mesa County sheriff’s deputies at a Country Jam event in Mack, where she started yelling at them for detaining underaged drinkers, saying numerous times that she had friends at Fox News and would expose them, according to her arrest affidavit. Although those charges were eventually dropped a year later, she failed to appear in court twice on the matter.
In 2016, she was issued with a summons on a careless driving charge and for operating an unsafe or defective vehicle in Garfield County..After she again failed to appear at an October 2016 court appearance, a warrant was issued for her arrest. In February 2017, she was again arrested l on a failure-to-appear misdemeanor charge in that case. In 2010, Boebert and her husband, Jayson, lost their then-home in a foreclosure case and were later evicted. That same year, Lauren was cited for violations to the Garfield County Animal Code for allowing her pit bull dogs to remain at-large without proper licensing. Two years later she was the subject of a civil case filed by Capital One Bank, which won a $1,516 judgment against her, a debt that wasn’t ultimately settled until five years later in 2017.

Jayson Boebert Restaurant
Boebert and his wife opened the Shooters Grill in Rifle, Colorado in 2013 where staff members are encouraged to openly carry firearms after being fired from their oil and gas fields . The duo then opened another restaurant called Putters on Rifle Creek Golf Course. In mid-May 2020, during the COVID-19 outbreak, Boebert reopened the Shooters Grill for dinner service, violating the state’s home-stay scheme. Despite receiving a stop and renunciation order from Garfield County, he said he would not close his business. The next day he moved the tables outside to the sidewalk and parking spaces and the following day Garfield County suspended its food license. In late May, after the state allowed restaurants to reopen at 50% capacity, the county withdrew the temporary ban order. His wife revealed that they decided to arm herself and her waitresses because she feared for everyone’s safety after a man was “murdered” in the alley behind their restaurant.
Jayson Boebert Sexual Misconduct
On January 28, 2004 Jayson allegedly exposed himself to minors at the Rifle Fireside Lanes bowling alley in Rifle, Colorado. The 20-year-old and 16-year-old girls were reportedly approached by Jayson while standing at a snack bar. The minors were discussing tattoos when Jayson allegedly interjected by stating that he received a tattoo on his penis.
The girls allegedly attempted to ignore him but Jayson came up behind them soon after and “unzipped his pants, removed his genitals exposing the shaft” while “covering the head of the genitals with his hand.”
The girls alerted the bowling alley’s owner, who reportedly attempted to get Jayson to leave but he repeatedly refused and eventually became “belligerent,” leading him to call the police.
After officers arrived on the scene, Jayson reportedly denied showing his genitals and instead claimed that he unzipped his pants and merely showed his thumb.
