The bride wore a Romona New York gown. The duo met on Bumble in 2017 Jessica having relocated from New York to DC to cover the Trump administration and Adam was living in DC. For their first meeting, they decided to go for a drink at a rooftop bar in Shaw.

“I felt very drawn to Adam within minutes of our meeting,” Jessica said. “I really enjoyed our conversation centered on music, sports, and family.” The two ended up getting engaged at Jessica’s favorite place, her family’s cottage in the Finger Lakes with a redesigned version of Adam’s grandmother’s diamond ring.

Prior to joining CNN, Schneider worked as a reporter at WCBS-TV in New York City where she focused her coverage on legal issues and law enforcement.  For 9 months, Schneider interviewed anxious parents of disabled adults, questioned and confronted Governor Christie and his appointees, and provided detailed analysis of the program that would have forced hundreds of disabled people into group homes in New Jersey, removing them from the facilities around the country where they had lived for decades. As a result of the media coverage, and a relentless push from parents, Governor Christie backed down from the plan in July 2015.

She also worked as a video journalist at Capital News 9 in Albany, New York, where she worked as the Amsterdam, NY Bureau Chief and Political Reporter and also served as a Weekend Morning Anchor and Reporter at WFSB-TV in Hartford, Connecticut.
