After that he played for the San Francisco 49ers for the year 1978-1979.

He also established a league record with his 23 touchdowns in 1975.

He retired from football in the year 1979 and moved to a profitable career as a sportscaster and an actor.

OJ was ordered to surrender on June 17 as the evidence led the suspect towards him but he vanished instead. Later on he was tracked when he made a phone call from his cell phone. Police pursued him in a slow-speed chase while he was in the backseat of an ex-NFL player A.C cowlings car driven by cowlings.

He finally surrendered and was found with a gun, his passport, $9000 in cash and in disguise. He insisted he was not running.

After the long procedure of murder trail, on october 3,1995 simpson was not found guilty of either murder.
