Breanna Koenen is the sister of Cara Koenen. AFL Women’s Brisbane Lions captain Breanna Koenen plays Australian rules football (AFLW). Later, she participated in summer league play for the North Cairns Tigers and was frequently chosen for Queensland at the state level, serving as captain of the under-18 squad in 2012.
